- You guys are the best on the server! I've heard good things about you since BC.

2) Please describe your wow experience.  (vanilla, tbc, wotlk, cata)

- Same character/spec since Vanilla.

3) What is your approach to raiding?

- Patience and being as prepared as possible. I'm dead serious about raiding, but I think it's important to have a laid-back attitude. For me, gear is a secondary motivation. Just raiding and and downing shit is its own reward for me.

4) Why do we want you in our guild?

- I am extremely dedicated to raid attendance. I have a flexible, low-demand schedule and if I say I'll be there, I'm going to be there. I've played resto druid since the beginning, to say I have a thorough understanding of my class would be an understatement.

5) Tell us about yourself (realname, job, family, hobbies, interests, talents)

- My name is Nick, I'm 21 and attend a local community college. I fly RC helicopters competitively and I grow cannabis for local medical marijuana dispensaries.

I want to raid with your guild because it has gained many accolades in end game content.

I have been playing wow since 2007 and recently switched my main to my druid and desire to keep him my main.
3) What is your approach to raiding?
My approach to raiding is to always be consistent to show up on raid times for the sake of the guild. Also, be positive, productive and fun to be around.

I want to join Accounting because of its track record and quality of players that are in the guild.

My name is John Dayton Im 18 years old and currently enrolled in Texas State University. Im from Houston, Texas and at the age of 14 i moved to Dallas, Texas to play hockey being that is my true passion. I have always loved hockey and all other sports. I have a energetic personality and love getting mumble/vent to socialize with other players.

Currently we are looking strong players in the following class roles:

- Range Dps (especially Mage/Warlock/Boomkin)
- Deathknight (whatever, I know you don't exist)

At this point in cataclysm it is not too much to ask for a recruit to have his reputation maxed for enchants and to be close if not fully epic. Blizzard has made it significantly easier to keep up with content even if you are casual. Any applications missing crucial reputations like Therazane and their helm enchant  faction will almost immediately be dismissed. I have no doubt there are good players without these things but we are looking for good players with an understanding of how raiding is done and its not done with +1 stam to bracers and no helm enchant.

With the addition of Dual Specialization I also like to see players with talent in more than 1 spec especially in hybrid classes.

With The Firelands coming out in a few days we are looking for players ready to handle the new content and are prepared both with knowledge by reading and watching videos and with gear.

Some of you might remember us from the TBC expansion.  Our leadership is the same.  Our principals are the same.  We will likely raid significantly less than we did in TBC.  We are all busy doing other things in RL our raids will strive to be efficient.

Here's the baseline expectations:

1 - Have a toon that is prepared for raid content.  (gear, gems, professions)

2 - Be a good player. (no fire standing, speak up when you messed up, do your job heal/dps/tank without much hand holding)

3 - Communicate well with our team. (have fun, look to do things with this group)

4 - Be able to attend a high percentage of our raids:

Raid times:  3 days a week
Tuesday 8:30 to 11:30(server time)
Wednesday 8:30 to 11:30
Thursday 8:30 to 11:30
*Note we may raid more or less this is our starting point.

If you can do all of the above and prove yourself you can expect a full time raid spot.

As you go through and fill out the <Accounting> Application. you will come across a part like this.

Whare it asks you to list your Computers info. It is inportant to fill this in as it will lets us know if your Computer and internet connection is up to the job. when it comes to raiding.

To find out your Processor / CPU  type and speed folow these steps.

Step 1

Right click my Computer your desk top.
Then Click on properties.

Step 2

You will now see a window displaying the CPU type and amount of RAM in your Computer.

Place this info in the proper fields.

To find out your Graphics card type.

Step 1

Right click on a blank part of your desk top.
And click properties.

Step 2

The Display properties window will open.
You will then Click on the Settings tab.

The info in the red box is what you will put down as your Graphics card info.
You will end up with something that looks like this.

To find your internet speed and ping.

Step 1

Go to Speedtest.net

And run a test. useing the location closest to Dallas. As thats whare the Laughing Skull Server is located.

Add the Download and upload speeds and ping.

And thats it your done.

Now on with the rest of the Application.
